Episode Overview

Webster seeks approval to purchase a BB gun and demonstrates his maturity to earn it. Once he gets the gun and enjoys some practice sessions with his friends, an unfortunate accident leads to him shooting a bird. Discovering that the bird has chicks, he decides to take it upon himself to care for them, fully embracing the responsibility of raising the orphaned young.
