Leslie, Ann, and their fellow Parks Department members team up with KaBOOM! to construct a playground in a nearby community. After successfully assembling the playground in just one day, Leslie grows increasingly irritated with the slow progress on the pit. Seeking a solution, she turns to Mark for guidance and decides to bypass the bureaucratic obstacles hindering their work.
