Episode Overview

After a three-month hiatus, Leslie and the Parks Department return to face an ongoing budget crisis. In a bid to win back funding, Leslie initially enlists Ann to win over Chris with a date, but when that fails, she opts for a bold move by reviving the Pawnee Harvest Festival. Concurrently, Ben takes the initiative to relaunch the youth basketball league, assigning Ron and Andy to coach the two teams. Meanwhile, April comes back from her vacation, introducing her new boyfriend to the group.
