Sports broadcaster and ex-footballer Gary Lineker embarks on a journey to uncover the story of his great, great, great grandfather, James Pratt. He learns that James was a poacher in Victorian England and spent time in Leicester Prison. Intrigued, Gary seeks to understand the reasons behind James's repeated run-ins with the law. Additionally, he investigates the transformation of his four times great grandfather, Thomas Billingham, who rose from the son of an illiterate gardener to become a highly skilled legal clerk.
