Episode Overview

Title: Big Dogs and Mini Horses Plot: Frank feels exasperated when Emily, known for her strict adherence to rules, joins him for an official Animal Control ride along. To his surprise, she proves to be an unexpected ally in his investigation of an exotic animal trafficking ring. Meanwhile, Victoria and Patel respond to a call at a nearby baseball stadium, where Victoria's special skill might just be the key to securing her immigration visa. Lastly, Shred and Patel celebrate acquiring their flip house by planning a party, but they inadvertently choose a day that turns out to be the worst possible choice.
