Sherlock and Joan investigate the case of a botany professor and several of his students who were fatally poisoned by mushrooms. As they delve deeper into the mystery, Joan is distracted by a cacophony coming from the adjacent apartment. She soon learns that her neighbor, Trent, is leasing his place to vacationers looking for a wild time.
