Episode Overview

Holmes and Watson hurry to assist Detective Bell after he falls victim to a bio-terrorism incident at the precinct, leading to the station being put on lockdown. Inside, Captain Gregson and Detective Bell grow increasingly uneasy, suspecting that the attacker might be among them. Meanwhile, Watson grapples with the challenging responsibility of convincing her mother, Mary, that her worsening Alzheimer’s necessitates additional medical attention.
