Episode Overview

Bounty hunter Piper Mannox arrives at Valetik Investigations seeking Eddie and Sam’s assistance in tracking down an escaped convict who murdered a guard during his escape. Eddie is reluctant to team up with Piper again, recalling their rocky history and her questionable ethics. Yet, the prospect of a $250,000 reward and Eddie’s police contacts make it hard for him and Sam to decline. Meanwhile, Sam finds himself drawn to Piper, becoming her most enthusiastic supporter despite Eddie's reservations.
