After serving his time in prison, Harold Smith is finally released on parole. Upon returning home, he finds that his family shares his disdain for the Powerpuff Girls. Fueled by their shared animosity, the Smiths arm themselves with an array of advanced weaponry and set out to exact revenge on the Utonium family.
