While at the Science Museum, Mr. Bean finds himself relentlessly pursued by a mischievous young Japanese boy. Initially, he feels a strong aversion to the little troublemaker, but his attitude quickly changes when he catches a glimpse of the incredible gadgets the boy has stashed in his knapsack—items so extraordinary that they aren't available in the West.
