Episode Overview

Chris is eager to experience New Year's Eve in Times Square this year, but he requires an adult to go with him, leading to some complications. At the same time, Tonya and Drew engage in a friendly wager to see who can remain awake the longest, while Julius unexpectedly finds himself celebrated as a local hero.
