In the vibrant 70s, a laid-back hippie and his unsuspecting friend are peddling hash to college students in Boston. Their lives take a thrilling turn when a Colombian cartel recognizes their potential and offers them a lucrative opportunity. Tempted by the allure of wealth and excitement, they quickly rise to become multimillionaire marijuana importers, transporting massive shipments along the West Coast. However, their success attracts attention, and after one of the largest drug busts in U.S. history, they find themselves fleeing to Bolivia to escape the law.
