Upon discovering that the chief investigator for the New York Attorney General is focused on constructing a criminal case against Keith, Catherine heads to Buffalo to consult with Frank Parlato, the mind behind the anti-NXIVM blog "The Frank Report," in order to compile a comprehensive dossier. Simultaneously, we meet Toni Natalie, a former girlfriend of Keith's, who reflects on her past experiences and the difficulties she encountered during the '90s when Keith was running his first venture, Consumers' Buyline.
