Dora and her pals are thrilled to honor Friendship Day. However, their excitement turns to dismay when they discover that Swiper has taken all the friendship bracelets from various countries. These special bracelets can only shine when everyone in each nation wears them, prompting Dora to step in and assist Swiper in returning them. During their adventure, they encounter some of Dora's friends from France, Tanzania, Russia, and China, learning the true meaning of friendship along the way.
