Overview
Painkiller Jane blends science fiction and action, drawing inspiration from the comic book character of the same name. Premiering on April 13, 2007, on the Sci Fi Channel in the U.S. and on Global in Canada, the show features Kristanna Loken in the lead role. Despite its intriguing premise and dynamic storytelling, the series struggled to find an audience and was ultimately canceled on August 15, 2007, after just one season comprising 22 episodes.
