The entire hospital rallies to help find a suitable organ donor for the boy, with Meredith contemplating the final request of a death row inmate who wishes to pass away before his execution. At the same time, Mark faces a challenging situation in the operating room due to an injury, while Cristina finds herself uncomfortably sidestepping Owen.
