Thatcher Grey, the father of Meredith and Lexie, shows up at Seattle Grace complaining of stomach issues, accompanied by his much younger, tattooed girlfriend, Danielle. At the same time, Alex finds himself at odds with the new OB, Dr. Lucy Fields, while discussing a patient. Meanwhile, Mark decides to put Jackson on his service, but only in return for some intel about Lexie.
