After seeing a terrifying film titled Germs, Panda becomes obsessed with cleanliness, turning into a major germaphobe. To cope, he buys himself a bubble to move around in, which frustrates Grizz and Ice Bear, particularly when he starts treating Charlie poorly. However, when Panda finds himself trapped in a garbage dump and can't get out, Charlie decides to put everything on the line to rescue him.
