Elizabeth is quickly taken to the hospital, where Jack confirms she has experienced a heart attack. As she starts to recover, Jack watches over her with great care. While heavily sedated and talking incoherently, Elizabeth nearly discloses a secret from her past. Concerned for Elizabeth's delicate condition, Anna and Gino choose to delay informing their families about their relationship. However, when Carla discovers Anna's contraception stashed away in her room, her suspicions are piqued, leading her to confront Gino directly.
