Sir Richard finds a sense of justice when Sarah uncovers that Regina took her own life to set him up and eliminate him from the Blighs' lives for good. In a final confrontation, Elizabeth faces Sir Richard with the very knife she once used to attack him, compelling him to leave their lives for good. Jack regains his self-respect after standing up to Stan O'Rourke. Sarah, George, and David go on a trip to the French Riviera, where George reconciles with James before they all head to Israel.
