Episode Overview
In the first challenge, contestants plunge into icy 55-degree water, diving 7 feet deep to snag glow sticks attached to the submarine's underside. The two men and two women who collect the most glow sticks on a single breath will move on, while the rest face elimination. Next, in the Cricket Crunch, each contestant throws a dart at a board numbered 1 to 8. Unbeknownst to them, the number they hit dictates how many live crickets they must consume. Those who manage to eat their assigned amount within a minute per cricket will make it to the finals. Finally, during the Speed Drop, contestants are suspended by their ankles from a height of 130 feet and zip down at 60 mph. As they soar over a large target, they must drop a beanbag, with the closest landing to the bull's-eye earning a prize of $50,000.
