Episode Overview

This episode featured an all-female cast. For the first stunt, Vertical Two Square, the competitors had to navigate two sides of a rotating square beam. After reaching the end, they crawled down a rope to a lower platform to release a flag. The four women who completed the challenge the quickest or got the farthest before falling into the water would move on, while the rest faced elimination. Next was Electric Eels, where the ladies had to transfer six electric eels from one side of a divided tank to the other. The three fastest would advance to the finals, while the slowest would be sent home. The final stunt, Helicopter Rodeo, required the women to hang onto a rope while balancing on a barrel swinging beneath a helicopter. The last contestant remaining on the barrel before plunging into the water would be crowned the Female Fear Factor Champion.
