Episode Overview

This episode featured four thrilling stunts. In the first challenge, contestants hung upside down by their ankles from trapezes attached to a helicopter, aiming to snag flags from a line of 20 flagpoles below. The two men and two women who collected the most flags would move on, while the rest would be eliminated. The second stunt involved contestants being secured in a chair as they endured the insertion and removal of 10 progressively thicker needles in their arms. Those who could withstand the pain without giving up or fainting would continue. Next, participants faced the challenge of consuming 4 ounces of foul-smelling cheese infested with maggots within 10 minutes. The contestant who took the longest to finish would be disqualified. Finally, in the last stunt, contestants had to balance on a horizontal pole 10 stories high to grab a flag, testing their courage and agility.
