S04E10 Truck to Helicopter; Table Clearing; Under the Semi
Episode Overview
In the first stunt, contestants find themselves on a flatbed truck cruising along a pier. As a helicopter swoops in overhead, they must grab a rope ladder dangling below and climb up while releasing four flags attached to the ladder. The two fastest men and women to board the helicopter will move on, while the others face elimination. For the second challenge, contestants are chained to a stake and must use their faces to clear away revolting items on three tables to uncover the combinations for three locks. The first table holds rotten fish parts, the second is filled with wriggling super worms, and the third has a blend of cow tongue and pig feet. Once they've unlocked their locks, they must retrieve a pig's foot using only their mouths and drop it into a bucket. The three quickest to finish this stunt will advance to the finals, while the slowest will be eliminated.
