Episode Overview

Title: Siblings Fear Factor Plot: In this thrilling episode, four sibling pairs faced off in a series of challenging stunts. For the first challenge, Tumbler Transfer, two tumblers filled with holes spun above a pool of water. Siblings had to reach the center where the tumblers met, with one sibling passing flags to the other to post at the opposite end. As the tumblers increased their speed, the three teams that managed to post the most flags before falling in would progress, while the team with the fewest flags would be eliminated. The second stunt, Grab and Grind, involved one sibling using their mouth to collect various creepy crawlies—beetles, worms, crickets, scorpions, and millipedes—and spitting them into a meat grinder. Their partner would then catch the resulting slop and spit it onto a scale. The team that achieved the highest weight in just three minutes would win an exciting six-night vacation.
