Episode Overview

In the first of seven episodes, eight couples battle it out for cash prizes and a grand prize of $1 million. In the first challenge, "Helicopter Hang," the men dangle upside-down from a helicopter by their ankles while the women wait in a cold lake below. Paired up, the men are lowered, and the women grab the ropes to pull them out of the water. The couple that hangs on the longest without dropping the rope earns the chance to choose from five Capital One credit cards, valued between $10,000 and $50,000. No one is eliminated in this round. The second challenge, "Tuna Transfer," has couples racing through a tank filled with murky water, dead fish, scales, and seaweed. They must navigate under beams to transfer four large tuna from one side of the tank to the other.
