Episode Overview

In the first stunt, contestants find themselves strapped into the front seats of a car that spins in and out of water. As the rotation begins, they must retrieve a key, unlock two locks to escape, pull a flag from the back seat, and then swim to a buoy. The two fastest men and women to complete these tasks will move on, while the rest will be eliminated. For the second stunt, dubbed the Fear Factor Sushi Bar, participants choose two numbered plaques featuring repulsive sushi dishes written in Japanese. The menu includes options like maggot and Madagascar hissing cockroach rolls, maggot and rotten squid gut rolls, and even tarantula sushi.
