Nineteen-year-old Sekou from Leicestershire takes the stage with his single Better Man, while Dublin's CMAT presents Whatever’s Inconvenient from her second album, Crazymad, for Me. Finally, Billy Bragg from Barking delivers a heartfelt rendition of A New England. Jools also chats with broadcasters Annie Macmanus and Nick Grimshaw about their podcast Sidetracked on BBC Sounds.
