Episode Overview

Herman buys ten acres in Happy Holiday Valley after seeing an enticing magazine advertisement. However, he quickly discovers that it's nothing more than a barren stretch of land in a dilapidated ghost town, which the Munsters find charming. Their newfound affection for the property complicates matters for the opportunistic salespeople who, having received a more lucrative offer, wish to repurchase the land from Herman.
