In the late 1970s, a string of puzzling deaths cast a shadow over Calgary. Initially, two junior high girls were discovered in an underpass, and seven months later, another young woman was found in a ditch, brutally beaten and strangled. A few months after that, a fourth woman was also found strangled. For years, their families sought answers, but to no avail. Senior crime reporter Nancy Hixt takes us through the journey of how a team of cold case investigators uncovered startling evidence nearly half a century later, ultimately revealing a serial killer.
