Thirty miles from Chicago lies Calum City, a fictional town with a population of 10,000. Judge Leon Zabo is campaigning for mayor, determined to restore integrity to the community. His dedicated daughter, Rosetta Zabo, is actively assisting in his campaign efforts at headquarters. Over the past six months, Judge Zabo has made significant strides against vice and corruption, successfully shutting down 110 bars, clubs, and gambling establishments in the infamous Barbary Coast area.
