Episode Overview
In post-Prohibition Chicago, around 1934, the crime lords shift their focus to the drug trade now that alcohol is legal. Ness and Lee Hobson are on the trail of two drug dealers, one being Benny Rivas. Following a tense shootout, one gangster is killed, and Benny, in his final moments, asks for a priest. As Ness discovers heroin on him, Benny, seeking redemption before he passes, utters the number “808” and dies. This clue directs Ness to the 808 Club owned by Maggie Storm.
