Episode Overview

On the night of September 14, 1932, at 11:30 p.m., Eliot Ness makes a visit to the Odeon movie theater, distinct from the Odeon Burlesque theater featured in previous episodes. There, he hands stool pigeon Marty Wilger an envelope filled with cash as a reward for his valuable information. Wilger's tips have proven instrumental in Ness's recent successful raids on Nitti's operations, targeting illegal liquor, women, and gambling tables, along with two warehouses and a distillery over the past week. Nitti, understandably, is not pleased about these setbacks.
