Roger plans a mod-themed party and extends an invitation to Jeannie and Tony, unaware that he and Tony are scheduled for an important NASA meeting that evening. In an attempt to cover for their absence, they concoct a fake excuse for Dr. Bellows. However, their plans go awry when Dr. Bellows and his wife unexpectedly drop by the party, creating a chaotic situation for Roger.
