Finn is taken by Challenger, Roxton, and Marguerite to a cave where, a year prior, a brilliant light revealed a portal to another dimension. Inside, they encounter a chilling figure that Finn recognizes and dreads. Panic-stricken, Finn flees the cave, only to realize that her companions are not who they seem. The true identities of Challenger, Roxton, and Marguerite have been usurped by Kayle, Una, and Rixxel—three demons with a sinister agenda. If they can remain on the Plateau for two days, they will permanently supplant the explorers, granting Kayle the power to unleash havoc on the world.
