The final four recruits take on a unique challenge to showcase their culinary skills acquired over the past nine weeks by stepping into the roles of their mentors. They guide Anne Burrell and Rachael Ray in preparing a dish. For the main challenge, Anne and Rachael introduce some very special VIP guests who hold personal significance and play a crucial role in determining which recruits advance to the finale, where they compete for a $25,000 prize.
