Episode Overview

As the recruits arrive at boot camp, they find the place decked out for a Chinese New Year celebration. Their first task involves a fun game where they follow fortune cookie hints to gather ingredients for making fried rice. In the main challenge, Anne Burrell and Alton Brown guide them through dumpling preparation. While some recruits manage to create delicious dumplings, others unfortunately end up with less-than-satisfactory results.
