Episode Overview

As boot camp enters its final week, the last remaining recruits participate in a relay race that evaluates their culinary speed, knowledge, and skills. Following this, chefs Anne Burrell and Carla Hall guide their final two recruits in preparing an impressive three-course meal that rivals those found in restaurants. For their ultimate challenge, the two finalists must showcase everything they've learned to wow a panel of culinary experts. Judges Adrienne Cheatham, JJ Johnson, and George Mendes taste the recruits' dishes in a blind test, ultimately deciding who will take home the $25,000 prize.
