Episode Overview

In the final week of boot camp, the last recruits are challenged to apply their skills in a real-world setting by harvesting produce from a rooftop farm. They’ll then craft their own distinctive dishes using a selection of fresh ingredients. Chefs Anne Burrell and Cliff Crooks guide the final two recruits in preparing a three-course, restaurant-quality meal, pushing them to utilize everything they’ve learned. Culinary experts Matt Abdoo, Kwame Onwuachi, and Millie Peartree conduct a blind taste test to evaluate the recruits' creations and decide who will take home the $25,000 prize.
