Episode Overview

As the recruits enter boot camp, they dive into the comic book-inspired "Flavor City" for an intense superfood competition. Chefs Jeff Mauro and Antonia Lofaso push the teams to elevate their skills with a mussel cooking challenge. Later, in the main dish round, the recruits take on the difficult task of balancing sweet and sour pork. Ultimately, the two lowest performers will go head-to-head in a blind elimination round, where they must whip up a sweet and spicy appetizer to avoid being sent home.
