Episode Overview

The recruits challenge their palates in a whimsical game called "Once Upon a Thyme." Following that, chefs Jeff Mauro and Antonia Lofaso guide them in creating their own takes on a hero sandwich. In the main dish challenge, the teams dive into Mexican cooking to whip up delicious enchiladas. Meanwhile, the bottom two contestants face off in a taco showdown, testing their ability to handle pressure during the blind elimination round.
