Episode Overview

The recruits arrive in a dusty Wild West town, where sheriffs Jeff Mauro and Tiffany Derry whip them into shape. In the skill drill challenge, the contestants must retrieve stolen recipe ingredients and whip up some Tex-Mex tacos. Next, they face a high-stakes main dish challenge featuring cowboy rib-eye steaks served with potato and vegetable sides. The top recruits will move on to the following week, while the two with the lowest scores must face off in a blind elimination cook-off, creating loaded quesadillas accompanied by a dipping sauce.
