Episode Overview

The mysterious death of Tyrone Weeks ignites anger within the black community. Mayor Plank challenges Kendrick regarding LaRusso's unpredictable past, deepening Kendrick's resentment toward the mayor. Meanwhile, Hollander decides it's time for Frank to return to the streets and pairs him with Gaines as his new partner. However, Gaines is not pleased with the rookie, particularly because he enjoys belting out Motown classics during their patrols.
