Episode Overview
Title: A Leader Like No Other Plot: A Naval Personnel Officer arrives to evaluate McHale for a training role back home. Binghamton misleads McHale and his crew into thinking the Officer is there to assess him for a promotion and transfer, prompting everyone to straighten up in hopes of getting Leadbottom reassigned. However, upon discovering the true purpose of the Officer's visit, McHale and his team devise a clever scheme to extricate Binghamton from a tight situation.
