Episode Overview

Binghamton receives an opportunity for a promotion and a move to Fleet HQ, but he needs to first resolve a discrepancy in the equipment inventory at the base. Once everything is tallied, they discover one item missing—a barrage balloon. McHale and his crew must hurry to track it down and retrieve it before Binghamton's departure deadline.
