Episode Overview
Title: All Chiefs and No Indians Plot: Upon discovering that every Chief Petty Officer is being reassigned, Binghamton persuades the crew to take the CPO exam, manipulating the results to ensure they all pass. With no crew left, the 73 faces decommissioning, and McHale and Parker are set for reassignment. However, Ensign Parker is resolute in his mission and takes it upon himself to keep the 73 operational, determined to prevent its fate.
