Binghamton pretends to be sick and admits himself to the base hospital, making McHale the acting Base Commander to deal with an unexpected inspection from a stern Admiral. However, Binghamton's scheme backfires when McHale and the Crew successfully navigate the inspection, ultimately reversing the situation on Binghamton.
