McHale and his crew devise a cunning scheme involving nitrous oxide, known as 'Laughing Gas', to sway Binghamton’s opinion. However, their plan takes an unexpected turn when an Admiral arrives ahead of schedule to examine Parker's case, complicating their efforts.
