Episode Overview

When Parker faces yet another setback in his pursuit of a promotion, Gruber comes up with a plan for him to express his anger, which unexpectedly leads to Parker ending up in the brig, awaiting a Court Martial. However, things take a turn when they learn that the head of the Senate Naval Affairs Committee shares Parker's name. McHale and the crew hatch a clever scheme to help their executive officer avoid serious trouble.
