Episode Overview

Binghamton has locked Mayor Lugatto in jail while impeachment proceedings take place, accusing him of operating a scam disguised as a 'Good Luck Fountain' in the town square. To persuade The Captain to release The Mayor and restore the fountain, McHale and his crew devise a scheme to make Binghamton believe he is suffering from the 'curse of Voltafiore.'
